We were all shocked when Paul Walker passed away in November 2013, and as you know the movie Fast & Furious was going on and already 80% of it was filmed. All the actors were broken like they lost a close family member.
Sorry for our expression “like” but literally they lost a close friend. Meanwhile no one wanted to abandon the hard work and turn the movie in a whole new direction! The crew agreed that Paul would appreciate if they finish the movie like they started. So nowadays it’s easier than ever, with the technology and the advanced equipment you can bring dead actor back to life whenever you want.
But that’s not the point here, here in the Fast & Furious 7 the crew is paying tribute to Paul Walker. The CGI is his brother and in the featured video bellow you will find out how it’s done and few other similar examples how this technology works.
